Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer support calls and requests for technical support
- Handle technical escalations
- Provide design and implementation experience for clients in the areas of server, workstation, storage, security, VoIP and networking solutions design
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer technology problems on-site
- Provide remote customer support as required by the situation
- Perform preventative maintenance when required and as specified by company maintenance agreements
- Install hardware and software add-ons and upgrades into the customer’s production environment
- Interact professionally with customers and support the company’s commitment to developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships
- Consistently deliver high-quality technical and customer service
- Act as liaison between the client and management and support teams
- Act as a mentor to other support personnel

Skills & Requirements
Skills Required (must have):
- 3-5 years server and networking experience
- Experience with servers, networking and storage (include NAS, SAN)
- Significant experience in installing, configuring and administering Windows Server, Active Directory, including group policy management
- Significant experience in installing, configuring and administering MS Exchange Server (2003/2007/2010)
- Ability to manage complex data center networking and routing tasks on Cisco firewall and routing equipment.
- Working knowledge of Plesk and cPanel webhosting control panel solutions
- Data center hardware maintenance skills
- Experience with Microsoft, Linux, Citrix virtualization products and VMware software solutions, with a clear strength in the XenServer platform
- Experience with Dell, HP, Cisco hardware
- Bachelors of Science degree
Certifications/Education (must have):
- MSCE/ MCITP
- CCNA/CCDA
- CCA for Citrix XenServer 5
- CCA for Citrix XenApp 5
